室內設計師 (Senior)

1. Draw water and electricity diagrams, 3D effect diagrams, furniture diagrams, window diagrams, and floor plans

2. Need to be familiar with engineering details (interior design/engineering-related work experience).

3. Supervise the construction site, measure the area.

4. Report progress to guests, superiors and relevant departments.

5. Review the engineering drawings required for the project, give your opinion, or supervise modifications according to the customer's opinion

6. Ensure that the project complies with legal requirements, such as industrial safety or noise indicators, etc.

7. Conduct acceptance, ensure the contractor's work meets the requirements.

8. Create a schedule for each project, calculate manpower and materials, and create a budget.

9. Have good communication relations with others.
