Market strategy planning: <br> - Develop the company's overall overseas strategy, clearly define the target market (such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the United States) and the landing path. <br> - Analyze overseas market trends, competitive landscape and policy regulations, avoid risks and seize opportunities. <br>2. Business expansion and channel construction: <br> - Responsible for overseas customer development, partner negotiation and channel building (such as agents, distributors, localization teams).<br> - Develop a localized marketing strategy (including digital marketing, trade shows, public relations, etc.).<br>3. Operations and risk control: <br> - Monitor overseas business financial performance, optimize cost and profit structure. <br> - Address overseas compliance, tax, logistics, etc. challenges to ensure business operations run smoothly.<br><br>- Able to quickly judge the real needs of customers and persuade them with data/case studies.<br>- Have strategies to address payment terms, logistics risks, cultural differences, etc. in real-world situations.<br> <br>Requirements:<br>1. Experience background: <br> - Have experience in corporate overseas expansion, international trade or overseas market development, those with successful cases are preferred.<br> - Familiar with the business environment of the target market (such as Hong Kong, Europe and the United States, Southeast Asia, etc.), those with local resources are better.<br>2. Core competencies: <br> - Excellent business negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills. <br> - Sharp market insight, able to quickly formulate and adjust localization strategies. <br>- Result-oriented, good at breaking through from 0 to 1, and strong in stress resistance.<br>- Have B2B or B2C proactive sales experience, with successful case studies from scratch to develop customers.<br>3.
