Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-minded overseas business leader to lead the team in expanding into global markets and driving rapid growth in our customers’ overseas businesses. Core Responsibilities:
1. Market strategy planning:
- Develop the company's overall overseas strategy, clearly define the target market (such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the United States) and the landing path.
- Analyze overseas market trends, competitive landscape and policy regulations, avoid risks and seize opportunities.
2. Business expansion and channel construction:
- Responsible for overseas customer development, partner negotiation and channel building (such as agents, distributors, localization teams).
- Develop a localized marketing strategy (including digital marketing, trade shows, public relations, etc.).
3. Operations and risk control:
- Monitor overseas business financial performance, optimize cost and profit structure.
- Address overseas compliance, tax, logistics, etc. challenges to ensure business operations run smoothly.
- Able to quickly judge the real needs of customers and persuade them with data/case studies.
- Have strategies to address payment terms, logistics risks, cultural differences, etc. in real-world situations.
Requirements:
1. Experience background:
- Have experience in corporate overseas expansion, international trade or overseas market development, those with successful cases are preferred.
- Familiar with the business environment of the target market (such as Hong Kong, Europe and the United States, Southeast Asia, etc.), those with local resources are better.
2. Core competencies:
- Excellent business negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Sharp market insight, able to quickly formulate and adjust localization strategies.
- Result-oriented, good at breaking through from 0 to 1, and strong in stress resistance.
- Have B2B or B2C proactive sales experience, with successful case studies from scratch to develop customers.
3. Priority conditions:
- Applicants with corporate operations or service experience overseas are preferred.
- Familiar with overseas compliance and tax planning or offline customer development.
