Culinary Assistant

Job Responsibilities: <br>1. Assist the chef or cook in preparing ingredients, including washing, cutting and preliminary processing. <br>2. Responsible for basic cleaning and sanitation in the kitchen to ensure compliance with food safety standards. <br>3. Participate in the preparation process of the meal, learn and execute simple cooking techniques. <br>4. Assist in managing inventory, check the freshness of ingredients and replenish stock in a timely manner. <br>5. Collaborate with the team to complete various temporary assignments in the kitchen, ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. <br><br>Requirements: <br>1. Interested in cooking, those with basic kitchen operation experience are given priority. <br><br>3. Able to remain calm under high pressure and adapt to a fast-paced work rhythm. <br>4. Understand basic food hygiene knowledge and be willing to follow relevant regulations and procedures. <br>5. Be in good health and able to accept shift work and long periods of standing.
