Technician / Artisan (Kowloon, Hong Kong, New Territories)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for property daily maintenance and repair

- Process emergency maintenance services

- Manage warehouse and ensure sufficient inventory of materials

Requirements:

- Hold a certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering from the Industrial College, or

- Hold a relevant apprenticeship training certificate/ valid construction worker registration certificate or other relevant certificates

- Priority will be given to those holding a license issued by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department of the R level, A level or above

- At least two years or above building central air conditioning/ mechanical and electrical systems/ water and electricity/ woodwork/ painting maintenance and repair experience

- Need to wear a uniform

- More experienced individuals will be considered for technician positions
