Property Sales (BASE Hong Kong, selling properties in Zhuhai)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for promoting and selling high-end residential projects developed by China Overseas in Zhuhai, and achieving sales targets.
• Proactively develop and maintain Hong Kong customer resources, and build a stable customer network.
• Provide professional real estate consulting services, recommend suitable properties based on customer needs.
• Regularly gather market information, analyze customer needs and competitive dynamics, and optimize sales strategies.

• More than 3 years of real estate company or related industry sales experience, those with high-end property sales experience are preferred.
• Familiar with the Hong Kong and Mainland real estate markets, understand relevant laws and regulations and transaction procedures.
• Holding a Hong Kong permanent residency or valid work permit, long-term Hong Kong residents are preferred.
• Preference will be given to those with a real estate broker license.
