Job Responsibilities:

• Execute the reinstallation, testing, and termination of telephone lines and network cables (including Cat5e/Cat6 twisted-pair cables) to ensure stable signal transmission that meets the standards.

• Properly manage personal tools, test instruments (such as network cable tester, tracer, etc.) and consumables, and submit construction records and customer acceptance documents on time.

• Cooperate with the company's scheduling arrangements, efficiently complete daily dispatch tasks within the designated work hours, and maintain a professional and polite attitude in customer communication.

Requirements:

• Applicants with a Hong Kong secondary school diploma or above, with basic knowledge in telecommunications, information technology or related fields, are preferred.

• Having at least 3 years of practical wiring, telephone system installation or network cabling work experience, familiar with the common residential and commercial construction standards in Hong Kong.

• Proficient in the operation of common wiring tools and test equipment, able to independently complete the entire process from slotting, piping, pulling wires, terminating to communication testing.

• Fluent in Cantonese communication, basic English and Mandarin listening and speaking abilities, clear understanding of customer needs and writing concise Chinese work reports.
