Salary and benefits

Salary structure: base salary + position allowance + performance bonus

Monthly salary: HKD 14,000-16,500 (net) + store operating performance bonus

Working hours: Work 6 days a week, 9 hours a day (including 1 hour for meals)

Core responsibilities

Store Manager/Intern Store Manager

1. Coordinate the entire retail store operation, including product management, sales and cash management, sanitation and maintenance, and customer complaint handling

2. Manage the sales team, enhance employee capabilities, and ensure that all work is executed

3. Achieve store sales targets and optimize operating efficiency

1. Responsible for daily sales, cash register, and product display maintenance

2. Provide quality service to customers and handle simple complaints

3. Assist the store manager in completing daily operations of the store

Job Requirements

* Retail industry experience is preferred, with 5 years of snack experience preferred

* Have good communication skills and team spirit

* Work actively and proactively, take responsibility, and be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure

* Fluent in Cantonese, those who understand Mandarin are better

Job Title: FlashGreen Hong Kong Island Area Manager

• Comprehensive coordination of daily operations of the Hong Kong Island store, covering goods procurement, inventory management, sales execution, cashiering, display planning and sanitation quality control

• Lead customer service standard implementation, handle customer complaints and needs in real time, and continuously improve customer satisfaction and brand trust

• Lead and develop a team of store employees, including shift coordination, on-the-job training, performance feedback, and talent retention, to create a positive and collaborative team atmosphere

• Collaborate with regional and headquarters support departments to implement market activities, promotion schemes and new product launches, ensuring that strategies are effectively translated into on-site results

• Comply with company compliance requirements to ensure store financial, asset, information security and labor law compliance

Work requirements

• Have retail management experience, those with a chain brand or quick-moving consumer goods (especially snacks/health food) industry background are preferred; those with 5 years of relevant experience are even better

• Have team management skills, effectively motivate employees, promote cross-job collaboration, and assume operational result responsibility

• Familiar with the whole process of store operations, with basic financial concepts (such as gross profit, inventory turnover, sales report interpretation) and data-driven decision-making awareness

• Fluent in Cantonese, able to communicate daily in Mandarin and basic English; those with multilingual service experience will be given extra points

• Active and responsible work, strong stress resistance, able to adapt to shift arrangements (including weekends and public holidays) and the actual operating rhythm of Tseung Kwan O

• Salary structure: base salary + position allowance + performance bonus; the average monthly salary range is HKD 14,000-21,000 (take-home)
