Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement training strategies aligned with business goals.

    • Design and deliver training programs (induction, soft skills, product, customer service).

    • Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate program effectiveness.

    • Manage in-store training, mystery shopping, and shop trainer development.

    • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for training initiatives.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Training, Retail Management, HR, or related field.

    • At least 7 years of hands-on training experience, preferably in luxury retail.

    • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

    • Proficient in English, Chinese , and MS Office.

    • Immediate availability preferred.
