Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training strategies aligned with business goals.
Design and deliver training programs (induction, soft skills, product, customer service).
Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate program effectiveness.
Manage in-store training, mystery shopping, and shop trainer development.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for training initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Training, Retail Management, HR, or related field.
At least 7 years of hands-on training experience, preferably in luxury retail.
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficient in English, Chinese , and MS Office.
Immediate availability preferred.
