System Analysts

<u><b>Position Overview:</b></u><br>We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst to join our Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of application systems, ensuring they meet user requirements and align with business objectives. This role involves collaborating with various teams, providing technical guidance, and conducting thorough analyses to enhance system functionality.<br><br><u><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></u><br>• Develop and maintain application systems through user requirements collection, system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.<br>• Provide support for user acceptance testing, conduct user training, and ensure ongoing application maintenance and support.<br>• Prepare and review system documentation in accordance with established guidelines and standards.<br>• Assist in evaluating system solutions, providing technical assessments and recommendations.<br>• Contributes to the development and enforcement of policies, standards, and guidelines on system development and maintenance.<br>• Analyze user requests and inquiries to deliver effective technical solutions.<br>• Lead analyst programmers and developers to accomplish assigned tasks and coordinate with different parties.<br>• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements for application enhancements.<br> <br><b><u>Qualifications</u>:</b><br>• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<br>• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in IT application development, with hands-on experience in user requirement collection, system design, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).<br>• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, GoLang, NodeJS, RESTful/GraphQL API, SQL, ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML, JSON, and web application programming with responsive design.<br>• Knowledge of Call Center Platform Functionalities<br>• Knowledge of Azure, AWS and On-Premises solution design<br>• Knowledge of project management and vendor management practices.<br>• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.<br>• Mature, customer-oriented, independent, flexible, and capable of working effectively in teams.<br>• Self-motivated and keen on learning
