Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling internal communication and coordination, support department operations, such as meeting scheduling, meeting minutes and follow-up

  • Manage office supplies inventory, purchase and distribute according to demand, and ensure that daily office needs are met in a timely manner

  • Handle basic financial assistance work, such as invoice processing, reimbursement preliminary review, bank entry data preparation, etc.

  • In line with company activities and operational needs, execute temporary assignments with flexibility and sense of responsibility

Work requirements

  • Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin, and basic English, with clear and accurate writing

  • Familiar with the Microsoft Office series of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with basic word processing and data sorting abilities

  • Careful and steady, with good time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and deliver them on time

  • No academic qualifications and work experience restrictions, fresh graduates and career changers are welcome to apply; those with early childhood education or children's services background are especially welcome

  • Must hold a valid Hong Kong work visa, accepting applications from Hong Kong permanent residents, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependents visa, and other valid work permits

Benefits

  • Monthly salary range is HKD 18,000 to 27,000, depending on experience and performance, with annual salary review based on performance

  • Daily working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, working five days a week (Monday to Friday), without shift work or overtime

  • Enjoy statutory public holidays, paid annual leave (14 days from the first year of employment, increasing with seniority), and paid sick leave (at least 7 days per year)

  • Provide on-the-job training and development opportunities, including internal process guidance, communication skills improvement, and cross-departmental collaboration practice

  • Working location is at 3/F, No. 833, Cheung Sha Wan Road, Lai Chi Kok (Wonder Valley Play House), near Exit A of Lai Chi Kok MTR station, with convenient transportation and an open and friendly environment
