We're helping our FI client to look for a Coordinator to support their Sustainability and Staff Activities Unit.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the coordination and logistics support for sustainability-related initiatives, staff activities, business seminars and meetings
• Support the team in liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing information and negotiate contracts.
• Provide assistance and prepare procurement applications
• Maintain filing records and supplier database
• Handle general administrative work
• Undertake duties as assigned by the supervisors
Requirements:
• Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language ("Syllabus B" before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
• At least 2 year's relevant experience.
• Experience in event and activities planning, logistics and execution preferred
• Versed with accounting / mathematics. Fluent Cantonese; and good command of English and Chinese
• Well-versed in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email system
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Well-organised, responsible, attention to details and able to work under pressure and independently
• Willing to work outside normal office hours as required
