Economic Management Senior Course Director

<p>Job Responsibilities: <br>1. Responsible for compiling teaching plans for economic disciplines, and effectively organizing and managing them to ensure that course settings meet academic standards and student needs. <br>2. Communicate and coordinate the college's full-time and part-time professor resources, arrange relevant teaching tasks, and participate in the development and improvement of the teaching school's academic calendar. <br>3. Manage course teaching progress, including course evaluation and continuous optimization, to improve teaching quality and learning outcomes. <br>4. Assist the instructor in supervising students’ academic progress, ensure that students complete their assignments, write their theses, and defend them on time to achieve their graduation goals. <br>5. Organize online and offline special lectures, assume the responsibilities of hosting and coordination, promote knowledge sharing and academic exchange. <br><br>Requirements: <br>1. Have a relevant economic management professional background, a master's degree or above is preferred, those with rich education or industry experience are given priority. <br>2. Familiar with higher education operating mode, have a deep understanding of economic disciplines, and be able to independently design and adjust teaching plans. <br>3. Excellent communication skills and team spirit, able to efficiently coordinate the work relationship between professors and students. <br>4. Have good project management skills, be able to handle multiple tasks and ensure that all activities are completed on time and of high quality. <br>5. Proficient in using office software and other digital tools to support online and offline teaching work to proceed smoothly.</p>
