Working location:

• Tseung Kwan O Yuet Hing Industrial Building (near Tseung Kwan O West Rail Station; 57M Kowloon Bus direct), providing a shuttle bus service between Kowloon and the building

• Litchfield Road, Yau Tong (MTR Mei Foo Station, near Man Kung Tong Estate)

Working hours: Work 42.5 hours per week, with long and short weeks, long weeks returning 5.5 days and short weeks returning 5 days, with Sunday as a day of rest

Responsibilities:

• Through telephone contact with existing customers to follow up on renewal services, as well as to promote other products and services, such as csl., 1O1O, online banking, nowTV and home phone, etc.

• Call list is provided by the company, no need for cold call

• Follow company policies and procedures, timely follow up and complete each task and strive to provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Grade Five or above / Secondary School Diploma

• Actively and positively assist customers and promote sales

• Have good listening, communication and sales skills

• Have good software application experience
