Document Processing Assistant
Monthly salary: HK$12,000-15,000
Working location: Mong Kok East
Job Responsibilities:
1. File writing and editing: Responsible for writing and editing various company documents, including reports, memorandums, letters and other administrative materials, ensuring content accuracy, professionalism and consistency, and following the company's administrative format and style guide.
2. Format setting: Use word processing software (such as Microsoft Word) to set the file format, ensure that the font, paragraph, and page layout meet the company's standards. Design and update templates as needed to improve administrative efficiency.
3. File organization: Establish and maintain electronic and paper-based file systems to ensure quick retrieval and effective management of data. Responsible for file classification, labeling, and storage, regular updates and cleaning of files.
4. Data input: Accurately input the manually collected data into the computer system to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Responsible for checking and verifying data and correcting errors in a timely manner.
5. Other administrative support: Assist other departments with administrative work, such as meeting arrangements, document distribution and other daily office affairs. Participate in team projects as needed and provide clerical support.
Qualifications:
1. Education: High school education or above, with preference given to those with skills in office administration, business administration or related fields.
2. Skills: Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and other office software. Have good written and oral communication skills, and be able to express ideas clearly.
3. Experience: Relevant work experience is preferred, but fresh graduates can also apply. Those with data entry or file management experience are more competitive.
4. Attitude: Careful, responsible, and able to maintain high efficiency under pressure. Have good time management skills, be able to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
