UAT Support and COA Maintenance Officer (1 year contract)

Need to Do:

• Support UATs in various areas, such as FIN-Ops, New Products.

• Support COA Mapping maintenance on Oracle system.

• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by direct manager.

Need to Know:

• At least 2 years working experience, preferably in Accounting Operation and UAT Support area

• Knowledge in Accounting system. Experience in Oracle is a plus.

• Degree holder in Business related discipline, with accounting knowledge is a preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for various business domains, including financial operations (FIN-Ops) and new product launches, to ensure that system functions meet business requirements and are successfully delivered

• Collaborate with internal teams on test case review, defect tracking, and acceptance result consolidation, and write a clear and concise test report and operational notes

• Bachelor's degree in business-related fields, with accounting knowledge given priority

• Have at least 2 years of work experience, those with accounting operations (Accounting Operations) or UAT support experience are especially preferred

• Familiar with accounting system operation principles, with Oracle system operation experience as a plus

• Able to communicate and write fluently in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
