Store Manager

Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily operations and sales management of the store, and achieving sales targets.

Lead your team to provide excellent customer service, enhance customer satisfaction and membership development.

Responsible for product display, replenishment, inventory management, and ensuring adequate stock.

Responsible for employee scheduling, training, and daily management, maintaining smooth store operations.

Execute company operating standards and promotion activities, and maintain brand image.

Process customer inquiries, complaints, and other daily operations.

Requirements:

Associate Degree / Advanced Diploma or above, excellent students may be relaxed.

Excellent sales, team management, and communication skills.

Work actively and proactively, with strong sense of responsibility.

Accept shift work and public holidays.
