Compliance & AML

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ol><li><p>Handle day-to-day compliance work, and regulatory reporting.</p></li><li><p>Perform detailed KYC (Know Your Customer) analysis.</p></li><li><p>Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and due diligence on new and existing customers.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and report compliance findings along with risk mitigation recommendations to management.</p></li><li><p>Conduct AML compliance review and monitoring and routine checking.</p></li><li><p>Handle regulatory examinations, questionnaires, surveys, inspections, reporting requirements and enquiries with regulators and other relevant external parties;</p></li><li><p>Support various ad-hoc projects.</p></li></ol><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><ol><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines. </p></li><li><p>Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk assessment, or KYC within regional or multinational environments.</p></li><li><p>Solid knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements related to HKMA, SFC, or MSO.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.</p></li></ol>
