Lead the team in executing standardized service procedures, supervise and guide employees to provide services according to the established service sequence
Proactively interact with customers, respond to their needs and feedback in real-time, and enhance their satisfaction and loyalty
Responsible for shift scheduling, personnel deployment, and on-site human resources coordination to maintain efficient operations
Assist with basic beverage preparation and allergen information clarification, ensuring food safety standards are met
Work requirements
Have excellent customer service skills, and be able to maintain a professional attitude and positive performance in a high-pressure environment
Familiar with the dining service process and standard operating procedures, those with actual front-line service experience are preferred
Have good leadership potential, able to motivate the team and provide on-the-spot guidance
Proficient in using MS Office software, which can be used for basic administrative work and report sorting
Daily 10-hour shift (no break), 24 days of attendance and 6 days off per month
