Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Programming: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and programming activities.

Construction Method Preparation: Prepare construction methods and techniques for efficient project execution.

Logistic Planning: Plan and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth project operations.

Presentation Preparation: Create and deliver effective PowerPoint presentations for project updates and stakeholder meetings.

Tender Technical Submission: Prepare technical submissions for tenders, ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Ongoing Project Programme: Monitor and update ongoing project programs to ensure timely completion.

Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with various departments (temporary works design, buildability advice, plant and logistics, QUENSH input) for necessary input and support.

Pre-Tender Activities: Attend pre-tender briefings, site visits, and tender interviews to represent the company and gather project insights.

Requirements:

Only Hong Kong permanent residents (HKPR)

Degree in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum3 years of planning experience

Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint ,Primavera P6,**** MS Project.

Basic knowledge in current BIM technologies such as Revit, Navisworks and Fuzor.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
