<p>Job Responsibilities:</p><p>1. According to the company's service standard SOP, complete customer accompaniment, processing matters, etc., such as round-trip accompaniment and delivery to the Hong Kong office and Immigration Bureau for certificate processing, Immigration Bureau certificate processing accompaniment, education accompaniment, Hong Kong baby accompaniment, business handling, driver's license handling, individual handling, etc.;</p><p>2. Respond, reply and handle customer problems in real time, understand customer needs at any time to provide good customer service, and maintain good customer relationships;</p><p>3. Support and assist the company's various reception, outdoor display, and propaganda activities, and promote the establishment of the Galaxy brand image in a wider range, igniting users' enthusiasm for the Galaxy brand, philosophy and product services;</p><p>4. Complete other customer accompaniment and administrative tasks assigned by the company.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p></p><p></p><p>3.
