Responsibilities:
Execute daily maintenance or repair of data center equipment (power, HVAC, low-voltage, etc.)
Monitor BMS alarm, process alarm according to risk level
Responsible for arranging suppliers to carry out scheduled facility maintenance
Report problems/events to engineers or managers
Emergency event handling
Requirements:
IDC data center work experience and A0 power license are preferred
One year of relevant work experience
Familiar with at least two types of critical facilities (chiller/cooling tower, CRAC, UPS, STS, generator, FM200 and pre-action sprinkler system)
Need to manage 5 floors
Shifts are required, one shift is 12 hours, and there are 18-19 working days per month (08:00-20:00/20:00-08:00)

Position Title: Facility Officer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Execute routine maintenance and repair tasks for data center facilities including power systems, HVAC, and low-voltage electrical equipment to ensure optimal operation.
2. Monitor Building Management System (BMS) alarms continuously, assessing risks and prioritizing responses according to severity levels while documenting all actions taken.
3. Coordinate with suppliers to schedule and oversee planned facility maintenance activities across five floors of the data center, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.
4. Report issues or incidents promptly to engineers or managers, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement where necessary.
5. Handle emergency situations effectively by implementing established protocols and maintaining communication with relevant stakeholders during critical events.
Job Requirements:
1. Proven experience in IDC data centers is preferred, along with holding an AO Electrical License.
2. At least one year of relevant work experience in facility management within a data center environment.
3. Demonstrated proficiency in at least two types of critical infrastructure systems such as chillers/cooling towers, CRAC units, UPS systems, STS, generator sets, FM200 fire suppression systems, or pre-action sprinkler systems.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously across five building floors while adhering to strict operational schedules and safety regulations.
5. Willingness to work rotating shifts consisting of 12-hour periods over 18-19 working days per month (08:00-20:00 / 20:00-08:00), demonstrating flexibility and commitment to maintaining continuous operations at the General Au Industrial Village location.
