Duties:
1. Responsible for user growth strategy, including but not limited to new user acquisition, engagement rate improvement, retention rate improvement, loyalty improvement, etc., to improve core indicators such as user scale, user quality, product revenue, etc.;
3. Work closely with operations, marketing, R&D, etc. teams, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, develop and execute user growth plans, monitor execution, and ensure goal achievement;
4. Responsible for tracking and analyzing product indicators, monitoring product data changes, and verifying the effectiveness of growth strategies through A/B testing, continuous optimization of growth strategies;
5. In-depth understanding of the market and competitive products, user research and competitive product analysis, formulation of product competitiveness improvement plans, and assistance to the team in formulating more effective user growth strategies.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of overseas user growth experience, familiar with common user growth methods;
2. Have CFD, broker, Hong Kong and US stocks, funds, etc. financial APP/PC product experience;
3. Have strong data analysis skills, familiar with internet data analysis methods, and good at using data to drive product optimization;
4. Have strong curiosity and learning ability, those who have successful case studies of growth hacking are preferred;
5. Good at communication, sense of responsibility, strong project promotion and stress resistance ability.
