Solution Consultant (pre-sales) - Real estate digitalization

Work Responsibilities

1 Customer expansion and demand mining: Lead pre-sales communication with potential real estate customers. Through in-depth business evaluation, understand customers’ operating challenges, work processes, and digitalization maturity.

2. Design and proposal: Translate customer pain points into customized industry digital solutions, and differentiate designs based on different real estate business models and digitalization needs, including Grade A office buildings, shopping malls, logistics warehouses, residential communities, etc. The solution can cover SaaS platforms, data analysis tools, and hardware and software integrated smart building solutions such as the Internet of Things, intelligent sensors, access control systems, and building automation, and provide persuasive solution demonstrations and proposals.

4 Market insight and product feedback: ** Continuously track Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area real estate industry trends, regulatory changes, and digital transformation dynamics. Pass customer feedback to the product team to influence the priority ranking of the product roadmap.

5. Networking and resource building: ** Leverage and expand your professional network in the Hong Kong real estate ecosystem, uncover business opportunities, build and establish trust with decision makers, and establish industry thought leadership.

⠀Job Requirements

Core conditions

1. Deep understanding of the real estate industry: More than 5 years of real estate industry experience, with true industry depth. You should be able to clearly explain how different property types are classified, what differences there are in their business models, what key operating entities are, and what pain points each type faces. This is a necessary condition and cannot be compromised.

2 Digital solution thinking: Have the ability to think in terms of digital solution thinking - not just selling software, but understanding how technology (including software and hardware integration solutions such as the Internet of Things, intelligent sensors, access control systems, building automation, etc.) solves real operational problems.

3 Pre-sales/consultation experience: Successful experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, management consulting or consulting roles, able to transform complex business requirements into structured solutions.

4 Business acumen: In-depth understanding of real estate financial logic - asset valuation, NOI (net operating income) optimization, capital expenditure and operating expenditure, rental rate and yield management - and how digital tools can improve these indicators.

6 Communication and expression ability: able to clearly communicate complex solutions to senior management and operations teams. Need to be fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

7 Education: Bachelor's degree or above. Real estate, business, engineering, computer science or related fields are preferred, but if industry experience is particularly outstanding, this is not limited.

Commercial office buildings: A/B-class office building operations, tenant experience, rental rate optimization, ESG compliance

Retail / Mall: Customer flow analysis, tenant combination strategy, online and offline integration, lease management

Residential/ mixed-use: Property management, smart community, resident services, facility operations

Logistics/Industrial: Warehouse management, cold chain monitoring, supply chain visualization

Hotel: Hotel operations, guest experience, revenue management, energy optimization

REITs / Asset Portfolio: Portfolio-level analysis, asset performance benchmarking, report automation
