Familiar with central / split air conditioning, mechanical and electrical, pumps and plumbing maintenance</strong></p><p><strong>2. Must have at least 1-2 years of experience</strong></p><p><strong>3. Need to hold a license</strong></p><p><strong>4. Hold a valid construction industry safety card</strong></p><p><strong>5.
