Positioning:

Core work responsibilities:

1. Customer sales and reception (core module)

-Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, coordinate resources to solve problems, and improve customer satisfaction.

2. Sales data recording and tracking

-Record sales process data to ensure data is real-time and accurately entered into the system.

3. Content operation and IP creation

-Participate in the creation of Hong Kong regional brand IP, and assist in planning relevant content that fits the target audience.

-Responsible for writing, editing and publishing basic content, improving IP exposure and helping customers drive traffic.
