Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for automotive beauty-related work, including glass film, color change film, and invisible car cover.

2. Proficient in various types of vehicle underguard installation methods, and independently complete installation, debugging and maintenance work.

3. Responsible for the installation, debugging and maintenance of the dashcam, ensuring that the device runs normally.

4. Provide customers with a detailed introduction of product functions, uses and usage precautions, and offer professional technical explanations and usage suggestions.

5. Process customer issues encountered during use, provide effective solutions in a timely manner, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Have automotive beauty or related work experience, familiar with various types of film processing and tool use.

2. Understand mainstream car structures and be able to independently complete the installation and debugging of different car models.

3. Have good communication skills, be able to face customers for professional explanations of product features and usage methods.

4. Have strong service awareness and problem-solving skills, be able to quickly respond and properly handle customer feedback.

5. Have team spirit, be able to cooperate with after-sales customer service or superior work assignments, and do a good job of information tracking and feedback.
