<p><strong>Description:</strong></p><p><br>• Provide frontline support for desktop-related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.<br><br>• Assist users with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop systems and applications.<br><br>• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of desktop environments.</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Higher Diploma or above in IT-related disciplines</li><li>Simple knowledge of desktop operating systems</li><li>Skill required: basic end-user IT support / able to follow instructions to perform PC installations (OS, software etc.)</li></ul>
