Duties:
1. Responsible for formulating Hong Kong regional marketing plans, breaking down sales targets, and ensuring regional sales tasks are achieved;
2. Responsible for implementing marketing actions in the Hong Kong region, including store operations management, marketing activity planning and implementation, retail system promotion and application, product strategy formulation and execution, training and empowerment, etc.;
3. Promote various business training, preferential policies and company operating guidelines for Hong Kong regional stores;
5. Guide and supervise the daily operations of the regional stores, ensure the normal business operation and management of the stores;
6. Responsible for regional competitive product dynamics research and analysis, and reporting reasonable suggestions;
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of sales and management experience in the home building industry, familiar with the end-store management of custom homes, wardrobes and kitchens, those with end-to-end operational management experience are preferred;
2. Proficient in Cantonese, with a Hong Kong identity or meeting the requirements of Hong Kong's Talent and High Talent Program.
3. Strong market planning ability, high sensitivity, and strong goal awareness;
4. Excellent planning and management skills, business development skills, communication and negotiation skills.
