Duties: * Answer all incoming calls and respond to guests' inquiries in an efficient and professional manner * Handle restaurant reservations. Ensure all reservations are promptly and accurately entered and updated consistently * Handle in-room dining orders from Hotel guests * Create, update and maintain guest profiles in the restaurant reservation system and ensure that all information maintained is accurate * Handle wake-up calls Requirements: * Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management * Minimum 1 year relevant experience * Customer-oriented with strong communications skills and telephone skills * Good command of spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese * Able to work independently and shift duty is required
