Ecommerce Officer (Retail field)

Oversea large scale of Beauty/Skin and Health products of ecommerce / retail industry under expansion

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma
• With 2-3yrs exp in Customer Service and Order follow up in Ecommerce / retail industry
• Good Communication skill and team work spirit
• Proficiency skill in PC skill (word, excel, PowerPoint )
• Good English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred

Role

• Handle customer service inquiry and provide CS service
• Handle online order and arrange goods delivery
• Prepare monthly reports and assist in marketing events activities
• Ad hoc project
