IT Support Engineer

Job Description:
* Support the PC/LAN infrastructure
* Assist the supervisor in providing IT security and risk management related services
* Coordinate with users and other project teams for the above tasks
Requirement Details:
* Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
* At least 4 years of working experience in IT industry
* Have experience in PC/LAN support such as PC cloning, software installation, PC management with group policy, etc.
* Have experience in endpoint security solutions
* Have experience in IT security and risk management related services
* Be familiar with common PC operating systems and applications such as Windows 10, Chrome, Office etc.
