Job Responsibilities

· Participate in a one-year management trainee program, through systematic training and practical work, to build solid financial industry knowledge and leadership skills.

· Receive comprehensive classroom training and experiential learning, deepen your understanding of financial knowledge, and enhance your leadership skills and personal effectiveness.

· Rotate through designated business departments or professional functional areas, and participate in cross-functional projects, accumulate diverse practical experiences, and gain a comprehensive understanding of company operations and business architecture.

· Assign high-level managers as mentors to provide career development guidance, performance feedback and experience sharing, and support personal growth and career planning.

Work requirements

· Bachelor's degree or above, fresh graduates or those with up to two years of work experience.

· Proactive, with a high sense of responsibility and self-motivation.

· Have good business instincts and confidence in your ability to excel in a competitive environment.

· Possess excellent leadership potential, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.

· Have team spirit, creative thinking, and innovation.

· Proficient in Chinese and English writing and oral expression, fluent in Mandarin (preferred)
