Key Responsibilities:
1.Field Installation Coordination & Management
Conduct site inspections and provide updated project schedules, field findings, and progress reports.
Conduct post‑project assessments and prepare debrief reports highlighting areas of efficiency and inefficiency.
Prepare project documentation, including quotations, scope of work, and related materials.
Work closely with business partners to develop field installation plans, organise and oversee work progress, and minimise impact to store daily operations.
Coordinate and supervise on‑site activities with in‑house technicians and nominated contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with requirements.
Ensure project expectations are clearly and effectively communicated to customers and all project stakeholders.
Proactively identify, manage, and resolve issues and conflicts in a timely manner to ensure appropriate resolution.
2. Relationship Management
Maintain effective working relationships with business partners, contractors, and internal stakeholders to support project delivery and business objectives.
3. Commissioning
Identify and document deficiencies and work with contractors to rectify.
Manage the project handover process to ensure the integrity of installations and witness equipment operation to verify performance against specifications.
Ensure all activities comply with City FM policy and that commissioning standards conform to industry best practice and relevant codes for essential services testing.
4. Compliance Uphold
Ensure the team complies with company policies and procedures, legislation, regulations, standards and industry codes.
5. Ad-hoc Duties
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company based on business needs.
Requirements:
Valid REW Grade A License is required.
A Diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Air conditioning Engineering or a related discipline is required.
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing engineering projects is required; supervisory experience is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of building services installation, refrigeration, air conditioning, and electrical power systems and relevant statutory regulations is preferred.
Effective communicator, able to develop strong partnerships with client.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work to deadlines, possess a "can-do" attitude and be team oriented.
Energetic and self-motivated.
Willing to learn.
