Job Responsibilities
Daily receive and sort delivery task list, plan reasonable routes to improve delivery efficiency and punctuality.
Maintain polite and professional communication with customers, handling simple delivery inquiries or temporary needs (such as rescheduling, forwarding, etc.).
Properly store and verify the courier items you are carrying to ensure no loss, damage or misdelivery.
Cooperate with the company's system operations, immediately report the delivery status (such as signed, temporarily stored, returned, etc.), and ensure that logistics information is updated accurately.
Work requirements
Aged 18 or above, physically and mentally healthy, and able to adapt to outdoor work and a certain extent of physical labor (such as climbing stairs, walking for a long time).
Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to clearly understand customer instructions and express basic delivery information; those who understand Mandarin are better.
Punctual and self-disciplined, strong sense of responsibility, able to independently complete daily delivery tasks and actively report abnormal situations (such as unclear address, customer not in attendance, etc.).
Patience and service awareness, able to maintain a friendly attitude towards different types of customers; those with no relevant experience are also welcome, as long as they are willing to learn and actively participate.
Can be flexible with work hours, including support on weekdays, weekends and holidays, part-time staff need to have stable attendance (such as at least 3-5 days per week)
