ESG Impact and Corporate Projects Manager

<p>Job Description:</p><p>● To conduct data analysis and visualization;</p><p>● Conduct statistical analysis and interpret the results to guide and optimize the organization’s decision-making process;</p><p>● Participate in energy performance analysis/Retro-commissioning/energy audits/Energy Performance Contract;</p><p>● Make use of Python program for data analysis and develop charts for analysis;</p><p>● Ensure the respect of processes, procedures, and operational modes defined by the Group and participate in their continuous improvement;</p><p>● Maintain a close relationship with internal and external stakeholders;</p><p>● Other ad hoc projects as assigned.</p><p></p><p>Experience & Background</p><p>- Bachelor / Master degree from an accredited college / university in computer science, computing engineering, business-related with information systems knowledge;</p><p>- Fluency in both written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin;</p><p>- Good interpersonal and communication skills;</p><p>- Passionate, committed, and eager to succeed;</p><p>- Self-starter with good analytical and problem-solving skills;</p><p>- Strong teamwork ability together with ability to work independently.</p><p>- At least 10 years working experience in Business Analyst / IT Project Management background in mainland will be an advantage</p><p>- Candidates with substantial project leadership experience and stakeholder coordination is preferable</p>
