Position: Business Assistant (Hong Kong Office)

II. Main responsibilities description
1. Customer relationship and business development
• Responsible for daily customer reception and consultation, professionally explaining the company's legal services, company registration, secretarial services, bank account opening and SPAC mergers and acquisitions to customers.
• Independently or accompanying a team to go out for business visits, participate in industry activities, and engage in necessary public relations and entertainment.
2. Business and project support
• Assist lawyers and consulting teams in handling cross-border investments and company registrations, etc. Assist with customer communication, document preparation, and progress follow-up.
• Assist in the preliminary market information collection, sorting and liaison work for Hong Kong and Singapore's SPAC merger targets.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing and managing related business letters, presentations and basic legal documents.
3. Administrative, meeting and internal coordination
• Manage partner and team schedules, coordinate internal meetings, and be responsible for meeting minutes and follow-up.
• Process office part of daily administrative affairs, ensure smooth back-end operations, and provide efficient support to business departments.
Three. Qualifications required for employment
1. Education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in law, business, marketing or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years of work experience in an international environment (such as law firms, consulting companies, financial institutions or multinational corporations) in customer service, business assistance or related positions. Graduates with excellent conditions may also be considered.
2. Language skills (essential)
• Outstanding English skills: Have excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to use English as a working language for customer presentations, business negotiations and writing.
• Mandarin fluency is preferred.
3. Core skills and personal qualities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Have a strong customer service awareness, professional image, and decent manners, and be good at building trust relationships with customers and partners of different backgrounds.
• High level of proactive and multitasking abilities: able to adapt to changing circumstances, handle multiple priority tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and accept necessary work schedule arrangements.
• Rigorous attention to detail: Highly responsible for work, pay attention to details, and ensure accurate and professional output of work results.
• Teamwork: Have good collaboration spirit, and be able to actively cooperate with internal teams to complete tasks.
