Develop a vertical domain model-driven AI SaaS technology roadmap, lead AI function development (recommendation engine, intelligent distribution, etc.), build open source ecosystem, and manage a technical team of 50 people or more.

• Priority conditions & salary

Computer science-related master's/PhD, AWS/Blockchain/AI certification, fluent in Chinese and English, can be based in mainland China or Hong Kong. Annual salary of 30 million-60 million RMB, options/RSU.

• Job Objective

Lead the technical strategy for vertical large model-driven tourism SaaS product matrix (digital attractions, blockchain tickets, end-to-end distribution), design hyper-converged cloud-intelligent architecture, and drive industry open-source ecosystem with out-of-the-box AI-powered SaaS delivery.

• Technical Skills

Proficient in full-stack development (React/Node.js/Java), cloud services (AWS/Kubernetes), blockchain (Ethereum/smart contracts), AI (TensorFlow/PyTorch, recommendation systems/NLP), and distribution technologies (BSP/NDC/ONE Order).

• Vertical Large Model & Academic Expertise

Experienced in developing tourism-specific vertical large models from general large models (e.g., Llama, BERT), powering AI SaaS features (e.g., intelligent recommendations, dynamic pricing, crowd flow prediction), with publications in 3-5 fields (AI, blockchain, tourism SaaS, aviation ticketing) in top-tier journals/conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, IEEE).

• Industry Experience

Led development of vertical large model-driven tourism SaaS or aviation ticketing systems, with experience in industry-level open-source projects and managing platforms with over ¥1B in transactions or 1M daily active users.

• Core Responsibilities

Develop a vertical large model-driven AI SaaS technical roadmap, lead AI feature development (e.g., recommendation engines, intelligent distribution), build open-source ecosystem, and manage technical teams of 50+ members.

• Soft Skills

Strategic vision, exceptional cross-departmental communication and external negotiation skills, with the ability to make rapid decisions under high pressure.

• Preferred Qualifications & Compensation

Master’s/PhD in computer science or related fields, AWS/blockchain/AI certifications, fluent in Chinese and English, able to be based in mainland China or Hong Kong. Annual salary ¥3M-¥6M, with stock options/RSUs.
