Event Planning Assistant

<p>Job Responsibilities: <br>1. Responsible for planning and executing various indoor and outdoor activities for a 100-person team under the insurance company, ensuring that the activities are smoothly carried out. <br>2. Expand and invite online celebrities, guests and other relevant individuals to participate in activities, maintain good communication and coordination relationships. <br>3. Follow up on the entire process of the event from preparation to completion, including progress monitoring, problem solving, and post-event summary work. <br>4. Assist in completing simple procurement tasks to ensure that the necessary supplies and equipment for the event are fully prepared. <br>5. Process daily administrative work, such as report writing, data sorting and meeting minutes, etc., to support the operation of the marketing department. <br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Quick on your feet, with excellent communication skills and team coordination techniques. <br>2. Hold a university degree or above, with no professional background restrictions, but welcome fresh graduates interested in event planning to apply. <br>3. Must hold a Hong Kong identity card and meet the local legal requirements for employment qualifications. <br>4. Able to handle multiple affairs independently, while possessing the ability to adapt to sudden changes in order to cope with unexpected situations. <br>5. Knowledge of the insurance industry and market promotion is an added advantage, but not a necessary condition. <br><br>Benefits: <br>1. Salary range is from 16k to 22k Hong Kong dollars, depending on personal experience and ability, decided through negotiation. <br>2. Work hours are from 10 am to 6 pm daily, with two days off per week and bank holidays. </p>
