<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Perform general administrative duties in the sales office, including processing bills, preparing contracts, calculating sales commissions, etc.</p></li><li><p>Assist in handling HR administrative duties, such as, leave & attendance management and recruitment support</p></li><li><p>Maintain filing system and keep accounting records</p></li><li><p>Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Diploma holder in Business Administration or related studies</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Property Management field, including administration, personnel and book-keeping, preferably gained at a sizable corporation or property management company</p></li><li><p>Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin</p></li><li><p>Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing</p></li><li><p>Proactive, detailed-minded and well-organized</p></li><li><p>Good communication and interpersonal skills</p></li></ul><p>We offer ample opportunities for career development and attractive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
