Shipping Coordinator

As a Shipping Coordinator, you will help manage shipments for our key account clients based in Hong Kong. Your main tasks will include:<br> • Coordinating Shipments: Work with carriers and clients to ensure smooth transportation of goods across various ports.<br> • Documentation: Prepare and process shipping documents like bills of lading, airway bills and customs documents.<br> • Tracking Shipments: Monitor shipments and keep clients updated on delivery statuses.<br> • Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise during the shipping process.<br> • Collaboration: Team up with our sales department to meet client needs.<br>What We’re Looking For<br> • Experience: At least 2 years in in freight forwarding.<br> • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks (Import and Export shipment) and meet deadlines.<br> • Communication Skills: Friendly and effective communicator with clients and team members.<br> • Attention to Detail: A focus on accuracy and problem-solving.<br> • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).<br>
