<p>Duties:</p><p>1. Fully responsible for the retail operations management of the OTO specialty store (massage chair, smart home product line), ensure that the company's annual, quarterly and monthly business objectives and sales plans are achieved.</p><p>2. Retail SO management of the store: Lead and optimize the store operation standards (Store Operation Standards), including but not limited to product display, service process, sanitation and safety, inventory management, and cashier regulations; establish and implement effective store inspection, check, feedback and correction closed-loop mechanism to ensure high-quality implementation. </p><p>3. Supervisory team management: Responsible for the formation, training, management and evaluation of regional/store supervisory teams, clarify the supervisory work goals, process and KPI; through the supervisory team effectively promote the execution of store operation standards (SO), problem discovery and resolution, and improve terminal execution and consistency. </p><p>4. Store management ability: Directly responsible for the daily operation, personnel management (store manager), performance achievement, customer satisfaction, and cost control of the stores (direct operation or key franchised stores) under its jurisdiction; Have multi-store management experience, and be able to effectively identify and solve various problems in store operations. </p><p>5. Event planning and execution: Based on holidays, market dynamics, new product launches, and product life cycles, independently plan and lead the execution of specialty store sales incentives, promotional activities, and brand marketing activities; responsible for event budget management, resource coordination, and optimization. </p><p>6. Visual marketing and experience optimization: Responsible for pre-opening store evaluation, basic construction, asset management, and supplier management; continuously optimize store visual display, space layout, and customer interaction experience to enhance brand image and in-store conversion.</p><p></p><p>8. Data-driven decision-making: In-depth analysis of sales data, footfall data, event effectiveness, etc. operating data, sales coverage, accurate diagnosis of operating problems, discovery of performance improvement opportunities, and formulation and promotion of improvement measures. </p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, business management, retail management, etc. Relevant professional is preferred.</p><p>2. More than 1 to 3 years of retail industry operations and management experience, those with at least 1 year of well-known consumer electronics, smart hardware, home appliances or high-end consumer goods brand multi-store management or regional operations and management experience are preferred.</p><p>3. Proficient in building, implementing and continuous improvement of the store retail operations standard (SO) system</p><p>4. Have excellent practical skills in managing retail stores, with successful experience in directly managing multiple stores (store manager level), and able to effectively boost single-store and regional sales. </p><p>5. Have rich experience in independently planning and successfully implementing large-scale store promotion activities and brand marketing activities, with excellent creative planning and project execution abilities.</p><p>6. Excellent communication and coordination skills, team leadership and influence, able to effectively drive cross-departmental cooperation (market, sales, goods, training, etc.) and supplier management.</p><p>7. Positive and proactive attitude, strong learning ability, stress resistance, and problem-solving skills.</p><p>8. Proficient in Office office software (Excel data analysis and PPT reporting are essential), PS/AI (basic design review), Xmind, etc.; familiar with mainstream retail POS systems and data analysis tools. </p><p>9. Passionate and knowledgeable about smart homes, health and personal care (massage chairs) industry. </p>
