Data Scientist (Senior)

<p><strong>Key Skill</strong> - Python, Machine Learning Algorithm, Tensorflow, AWS Stack</p><p><br><strong>Note</strong>: We are looking for either software programming background with some experience in statistics/DS or data scientist with end to end experience from development to deployment and on-going production support.<br></p><p><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Deliver actionable analytics and insights to drive business transformation across operations, service delivery, customer management, and sales.</p><p>• Combine mathematical rigor with innovative algorithms to extract business value from data.</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data science solutions that meet evolving business needs.</p><p>• Lead use cases to ensure business objectives are met and value is delivered.<br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>1. Model Development and Deployment:</p><p> Design, develop, and deploy models from MVP to production, ensuring continuous support and adaptation to changing business needs.</p><p>2. Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning:</p><p> Provide expert analytics, including machine learning and statistical modeling, to solve business problems and optimize outcomes.</p><p>3. Stakeholder Collaboration:</p><p> Partner with business teams to translate business challenges into quantitative solutions and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.</p><p>4. Performance Monitoring and Improvement:</p><p> Monitor model performance in production and initiate improvements to ensure sustained business value.<br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p><p>• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.</p><p>• 3-6 years of experience deploying models to production and maintaining them to meet changing business needs.</p><p>• Strong skills in Python, R, Spark, and big data tools.</p><p>• Experience with AWS and data visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, PowerBI) is a plus.</p><p></p>
