Job Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for on-site construction management of hotel renovation and decoration projects to ensure that the engineering is carried out smoothly according to the plan</li> <li>Coordinate and manage the allocation of various professional trades, ensure that all projects are completed on time and of high quality</li> <li>Supervise construction quality and safety, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards</li> <li>Maintain close communication with the engineering manager and hotel management team, report on engineering progress and issues</li> <li>Handle on-site emergencies, propose solutions and report them in a timely manner</li> </ul> <br> Requirements: <ul> <li>Have relevant architectural or engineering management post-secondary education background or relevant experience</li> <li>More than 5 years of experience in decorating or construction site management, those with hotel project experience are preferred</li> <li>Familiar with the decoration process and construction flow, and able to effectively coordinate various construction units</li> <li>Have good communication skills and team management skills</li> <li>Able to withstand work pressure and have the ability to independently solve problems</li> </ul>
