Provide face-to-face customer service, instantly answering travelers and local customers about activities, facilities, transportation, etc. general inquiries
Follow the instructions of the on-site supervisor and flexibly support sudden situations or temporary arrangements of service needs
Keep the service area clean and orderly, pay attention to environmental safety hazards and report them in a timely manner
Work requirements:
Positive and proactive personality, reliable and punctual, with a high sense of responsibility and service enthusiasm
Appearance is clean and tidy, attitude is polite and friendly, and you can continue to show a good working state in an outdoor environment
Have excellent communication skills, be able to effectively communicate with customers of different backgrounds in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Stable attendance of two to three days per week, able to accommodate shift arrangements (working 9 hours per day, including 1 hour of paid mealtime)
Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the legal work qualifications in Hong Kong
Benefits:
Hourly wage of HKD$85 (9 hours per shift, including 1 hour of paid meal time)
Working hours: 10:00 am to 10:30 pm daily, with specific shifts to be negotiated based on actual arrangements
Working location: Outdoor venue on the seafront of Tsim Sha Tsui
