Project Coordinator

Job Description

1. Responsible for overall coordination and day-to-day management of project assigned;

2. Monitor workmanship and Responsible for materials ordering and ensure timely material delivery;

3. Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure site works in line with work the programe and monitor workmanship;

4. Assist Project Manager in cost analysis and cost control; and

5. Manage project document, including regular reporting, method statements and material submissions

Job Requirement:

• Diploma holder or above in Building Studies or related disciplines

• Handle multi-tasks,

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience

• Good communication skills, mature, self-motivated, stable and willing to work under pressure
