<p>Main Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for researching, developing, and optimizing algorithms related to digital signal processing of sensor signals, capable of independently completing algorithm design and implementation tasks. 2. Participate in project requirement analysis, algorithm design, and feasibility assessment. 3. Provide technical support for projects and resolve technical issues encountered on-site. 4. Write algorithm design documents and test reports, organize and archive relevant materials. 5. Guide and train junior digital signal processing engineers to enhance the overall technical level of the team. Specific Requirements: 1. A Master's degree or higher in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM). 2. Proficient in digital signal processing technologies, including FFT, DFT, wavelet transformation, frequency domain analysis, pattern recognition, etc. 3. Skilled in programming languages like C/C++, Python, and others used in digital signal processing, and capable of implementing algorithms. 4. Familiar with hardware platforms related to digital signal processing, such as FPGA, DSP, etc., and has the capability to optimize algorithms. 5. Able to follow the latest developments in the field of digital signal processing and continuously learn and master new technologies. 6. Priority will be given to applicants with experience in digital signal processing within the sensor/instrumentation field.</p>
