Technical Officer – Tai Po/ Kai Tak

Job Responsibilities:
* Propose and monitor necessary improvements and modifications to existing building facilities as well as planned maintenance schedule
* Supervise technician and contractor to carry out daily maintenance work
* Prepare related reports, quotation and data entry for maintenance works
Job Requirements:
* Higher Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Service Engineering / or equivalent
* At least 1 year's practical working experience in building service
* Experience on ELV system or IT network system is an advantage
* Mature, independent and self-motivated
* Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software and Chinese word processing
