IT Project Management: Investment Trading Platform (Sell-side - Investment Bank)

<p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support the team head in ensuring the seamless daily operations of the trading and settlement system.</li> <li>Support the project management team in system upgrades and enhancements.</li> <li>Collect and analyze business requirements and objectives from stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.</li> <li>Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.</li> <li>Build and sustain relationships with external vendors.</li> <li>Provide guidance and direction to ensure all project activities are executed on schedule, with high quality, and within budget.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>4 to 6 years of experience in business analysis or system analysis, preferably within the financial services industry.</li> <li>Proven track record in managing complex IT projects, with additional experience using Ayers, 2GoTrade, or Sharp Point being advantageous.</li> <li>Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with good documentation management control.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.</li> <li>Possession of project management certifications such as PMP or CSM is a plus.<br>Self-motivated and a strong team player.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p>Interested individuals can click apply now and send updated resume (in WORD format) to Alan To at ****** for further processing and discussing.</p>
