Our client (financial services) is newly setting up a revenue, sales and customer service/customer experience call support centre in Hong Kong.
The location on work will be based at Wong Chuk Hang.
This will be a newly set up headcount for customer service agents (multiple headcounts), where you will be serving esteemed corporate clients and to handle enquiries over the phone.
We are looking for someone with great manners, patient, good telephone experience handling enquiries, providing exceptional service over the line experience, handle customers data, and seek opportunities to inject enhancer and upsell services.
Working hours is standard business hours, only day time shift, trainings will be provided.
Degree is not a must, but we prefer you to speak English, Cantonese.
Professional, can manage calls and ready to service with quality.
