<p><strong> Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for the daily operation of the customer service desk, including handling student admission and withdrawal procedures to ensure smooth processes and accurate information.</p></li><li><p>Provide immediate response and handling of various inquiries, complaints and general affairs requests from dormitory residents, providing professional, polite and efficient customer service.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate the work schedule of the housekeeping, maintenance and cleaning teams, follow up on problem resolution progress, and ensure continuous improvement in the quality of the living environment.</p></li><li><p>Regularly inspect the public facilities and living areas within the dormitory range, check the environmental tidiness and equipment operation status, and report any abnormalities to the relevant departments for handling in a timely manner.</p></li><li><p>Perform basic computer operations, including word processing, data input and file management, and familiarize yourself with commonly used office software to complete various administrative tasks.</p></li><li><p>Assist in preparing accommodation and related services documents, support the daily operation of the dormitory management team.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong> Work requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Secondary school graduation or above, those with relevant customer service experience are given priority, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.</p></li><li><p>Have good communication skills, be able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Cantonese, effectively responding to the diverse cultural background of residents' needs.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with basic computer operations, can be familiar with the use of common office software (such as Word, Excel, etc.) for simple file editing and data organization.</p></li><li><p>Responsibility, positive attitude, ability to stay calm under pressure, and ability to handle and respond appropriately to unexpected situations independently.</p></li><li><p>Need to patrol the dormitory area at regular intervals, able to adapt to physical labor and shift work mode; the daily working hours are from 07:30 to 22:30, rotating every 8 hours (including 30 minutes of meal time).</p></li><li><p>Have a team spirit, willing to cooperate with the dormitory management team to maintain a high-quality living environment. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong> Benefits</strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide medical plans to fully meet the health needs of employees.</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Establish a bonus system to acknowledge employees’ work performance and contributions.</p></li><li><p>Disburse year-end bonuses based on the company's operating condition, allowing employees to share the fruits of the organization's development.</p></li></ul>
